Bloody hell. What a way to finish!

I will openly admit I read it in one sitting and kept looking at the percentage because I didn't want it to end. I deliberately didn't read Fallen Crest Home until yesterday and I'm so glad I did.

All of the characters came into their own in a way, especially Sam. She needed to figure her shit out, and she did, but it took a while. And god damn I was a bit nervous there. I though my heart would be gutted for something, but it turned out for a totally different r

Never fear. They get their happy every after (how could they not! Seriously. There would be riots!), but there are some huge speed bumps on the way.

Loved the whole series and will no doubt read again. Probably next week 😊

I started this series years ago and really liked the characters. Even though I've become strict with what I want in a story, I knew that no matter what I would see this series to the end. I was really sad to see it go and I'm not ashamed to admit that it made me cry.

I don't want to spoil it for anyone else so I will just say that I enjoyed it, I loved Mason, Sam and Logan from the very first book to the very last. The trials they endured were outrageous but it's fiction and we came to expect it

I will say, and I may be in the minority, but I was really let down at the "epilogue" . After reading 7 books about them, I wanted more of a life wrap up. We got a little glimpse ahead for Sam and Mason and for that I was thankful.

First, I must say that Amazon screwed with me!! I had to wait 7 minutes for the book to download to my kindle! 7 extra minutes that I did not need to be added for me to start this book. Not cool Amazon, not cool.

With that being said, this book was so bittersweet. I, like everyone who is a fan of this series, wanted to read the end, but didn't want to say goodbye. This will be a long review. You've been warned.

Book 7 literally picks up where book 6 left off and we got the answer (but not really).

Sam's character has grown from when we first was introduced to her at the gas station. She had nothing and was dead inside. As we get to read more about her, we learned that her character was sensitive. Yes she was strong, but she was a broken girl looking for love and acceptance. Of course we know what happened when Mason and Logan entered the pictured. She found love and fought to never let Mason and Logan go. When book 4 came out, I realized that Sam depended too much on Mason and Logan. This was no fault of her own. She never had unconditional love and when she finally found in the Mason and Logan she fought to keep it. I always thought that was Sam's biggest flaw - her dependence on them. Many people throughout the series as mentioned it one way or the other. I always wondered when and if Sam would ever realized that....... and she did in this book. She finally realized that her dependence on Mason and Logan made her forget who she was. With that Sam went to find herself. Sam not knowing who she was was the root of her problem. This made her character at times annoying, but I was so glad that she realized that and started to live for herself too. I loved Logan even more for giving her tough love. I loved Mason even more for realizing he should have pushed her more. Sam in this book kicked butt! Not only with her demons, but with new threats. She stood up for herself and was not the scared girl from book 2. I loved Sam so much in this book and gained so much more respect for her. She was honest with Mason throughout. She had her moments and told Mason straight-up that she had no idea why she is being a certain way. I applaud her for finally being honest, but fighting for her. I must say that I always saw her running as a prelude to the Olympics!!!!

Mason. What can I say about this person who has always been self aware of who he is. From book 1, Mason was a person you can never bend, nor was he someone you could messed with and expect to walk away freely. He was cold, but Sam thawed him. Even towards the end of this book Mason did not realized how much he has changed until Nate told him. (BTW that scene with Nate and him broke my heart). Mason was never one to shed a tear, but in this book we do see that (for good reason) and we do see him mature in his attitude and actions. Lets face it, Mason used his fist too much. His hands were seriously tied in this book. He had to keep a low profile and I think this is what he needed besides the Sam situation towards the end. Mason was a punk teenager (his words not mine) that grew into a man, while still staying true to himself. Mason will forever be my #1 book boyfriend because he always thought with his heart and loved his family fiercely. He also showed that he can be funny and he was. Logan is rubbing off on him. It gave me so much happiness knowing that he got to live his dream!!! He worked to hard to let people take that away from him. Man I will miss this dude!

Logan. I am so grateful that he was more active in this book. Logan will forever be the funniest character that I've had the pleasure of reading about. He really was a great brother to Mason and Sam. In this book, we see Logan give tough love for Sam. He really did play a part in helping Sam realize what she was doing to herself. I think what really broke my heart was towards the end. His dedication to Mason and Sam was so evident. He was breaking and you can truly see him trying to fix it. I will love to read a novella about him and where he ended up after law school.

This book was all about finding oneself and loving oneself. This was about growth and making difficult decisions. We see Sam and Mason come to a realization about their relationship. We seem them talk it out and try to do better. We see them break up (they broke up for a few days. I get why, but I did not like it). We see them come together stronger. There is no Sam and Mason without Sam and Mason. My heart broke for them, but I loved them even more. They were high school lovers who had to battle each year. I can see the exhaustion of that taking affect on their relationship, but again, Mason and Sam are it for each other and no one would ever take that way from them.

What I loved the most about this book is the closure of certain relationships. I loved how their parents were there to see the proposal and the wedding. Do I think James, Analise, and Helen would ever be fully there for them? No, but they can have a relationship where nothing is owed and no favors would have to be asked. I loved how Taylor became a great friend to Sam. Their relationship was cute and it was their own. I loved how Nate and Matteo would always be down to help their family in need. The situation with Adam was finally closed. This fool truly is toxic and whatever happens to him and his father is well-deserved.

What I loved the most about this series was the love between a broken girl and 2 brothers who became her protectors. That was always the theme. I will admit that I'm not a crier when it comes to books. The only series where I actually cried was Harry Potter and now I can add this series. I felt like I was saying goodbye to family. The ending with Sam, Mason, and Logan really got to me. I literally started to cry. It started with them 3 and ended with them 3 in an epic hug and Mason and Logan realizing that things will be different from that day forward. I think what really got me, was how they embraced each other and Mason telling Logan how much he loves him. Their brotherly love is just epic on its own. It will forever be Mason and Sam side by side and Logan behind. For some reason that really got me crying. I realized that these were no longer children, but adults and as I write the sentence I'm tearing up. Ugh ugly cries!!

Epilogue, I am an epilogue girl. This epilogue was perfect that it brought more tears to my eyes. I loved that even though it was short, it was done beautifully. I loved the name of their daughter. I mean how stinking cute was that. I loved that Sam was living her dream. Not going to lie, I still want Mason's POV for the first 2 books and a novella of them. What can I say, I'm greedy like that. I don't want this book to end.

MAJOR NEWS - we finally get to know what Mason said in book 1 when he kissed her forehead in his bedroom. I literally laughed and thought, only Mason.

Tijan, thank you for being you and for writing one of the best series ever. I applaud you for creating characters that would be hard to emulate and bring to life. You created characters that all had flaws, but were so lovable at the same time. You created a love story that puts all other love stories in the crapper. You created a beautiful world that I don't want to leave. You showed growth with these characters. Thank you thank you thank you. I literally can't thank you enough. I don't think I will ever love a series how I love this one. This series will always have a special spot and will be read over a million times. Ugh I don't want to say goodbye.

    My message to Tijan:

I have to get this out before I explode..

I feel like my teenage years have just come to an end. I started reading Fallen Crest when I was 15/16, it came to me at a time in my life when I was a little bit lost and stressed out from just being a teen. I have read and reread the Fallen Crest series countless times - I really have lost count now. No matter how old I get, how different my life has changed, something has always brought me back to reading Fallen Crest again and agai

Tijan - you are a work of art, you have made true works of art. You have made me laugh, smile, cry, love, and positively heart broken but I have known that things would get better.

    You're a magician!

The pride and absolute joy I got from being able to pass these books on to my little sister is amazing and I know that she is going to absolutely love them!

So thank you Tijan, thank you for providing a guide that helps when you're a teen. Thank you for showing me how something can be more than just a book! Thank you letting me into the lives of Sam, Logan, Mason and all the other amazing people that were part of this journey. I know it's not the end end of the series because there is a few more novellas coming but this was end of 'Fallen Crest'.

My heart is breaking but so filled with love 💙💙

I still can’t believe that this series is over. I’m sad but OMG – Tijan wrote the most fabulous conclusion EVER. For me Fallen Crest Forever was the BEST book in the entire series.

It’s hard to put all my thoughts into concise sentences – I’m partly overwhelmed by sadness but also jubilant about the entire book.

    We finally came full circle.

There were so many twists, small and bigger once that kept me gasping all throughout the book. Plot twists that I did NOT see coming but that made perfect sense to me.

I really felt that Fallen Crest Forever was masterfully plotted and executed.

One of the things I LOVED most about Sam was her love for running. In the first few books running was one of the activities she did constantly. Whenever she needed to escape, think or just survive her messed up family life she went running. Sometimes even multiple times a day. I thought it almost bordered on compulsive the way Sam used running to forget about everything bad that happened in her life.

I especially enjoyed it when she ran for her high-school team. Obviously she ran more than others but until she starting running competitively no one knew how fast she really was. Her beating EVERYONE was the icing on the cake. So imagine how much I LOVED seeing her run for the team at Cain University. This was a plot I wasn’t expecting and it made my day!!! On top of that I got the most amazing WOWZER of all endings. I never saw that one coming and I couldn’t have been more HAPPY with it.

But back to coming full circle.

In book 1 Sam lost everyone – her parents, best friends and her boyfriend. Now in book 7 she had two set of loving and supporting parents, half siblings, the most amazing boyfriend and good and trusted friends. At the end she had more people that loved her than she could have ever imagined or dreamed of.

    We definitely came full circle.

There is the saying: What goes around, comes around.

And that’s what Mason, Sam and Logan came face to face with in book 7. As popular as Mason and Logan were, they weren’t invincible. They had to learn that lesson, and I think it was fitting and necessary. The Threesome Fearsome had to grow up. Maybe Sam and Mason more so than Logan, but they all changed throughout this book.

7 books for 4 years of Fallen Crest. 4 years of being hot heads, manipulators, fighters, rich dudes that could get away with murder if they wanted. It all came to and END.

    Again, full circle.

Mason was still Mason. The most perfect boyfriend any girl could wish for. I don’t know how Tijan managed it, but I’m not sure she can top Mason. He was the ultimate boyfriend. Supportive, protective, trusting, loving, and devoted. He was one of a kind.

Mason and Sam’s relationship was incredible. The trust and understanding between Sam and Mason was out of this world. They went through so much stuff together, and came out even stronger. Nothing could shake their foundation. Add Logan to that mix and they were a triangle relationship the way I’ve never read before and I’m sure never will again.

There is so much to say about this series and the last book. I could go on and on.

I think the most important thing I can say is that Fallen Crest Forever was heart meltingly beautiful. The feelings it invoked almost gutted me. I felt overwhelmed at times by the sadness of it being the last book, and the happiness I felt about how everyone turned out to be. Grown up. A better version of themselves.

I personally thought the ending couldn’t have been any more perfect. An amazing epilogue and additional glimpses into the future that made me SQUEAL!!!!

And let’s not forget about the COVER!!!! OMG best cover in ages! Hands down.

    ღ ღ ღ ღ LOVED IT!!!!! ღ ღ ღ ღ

Now weeks later and I'm still mourning the end of a spectacular series - I envy everyone who reads this series the first time ever. Sometimes being able to wipe memories sounds fantastic :D

This book was epic. It had all the feels. I'm still riding its high, so sorry if the review is a little jumbled.

It all started with Fallen Crest High. My first ever Tijan book. I can't even remember exactly how long ago I read it, or how many rereads I've done of it, but I do know it sat on my kindle for a full year before I got to it. I thought it was YA, about a bunch of high schoolers with even more drama. And it was that! But also so much more. It was the start of Sam and Mason.

Flash forward 7 books later... My first thought when I finished this book was, "No I don't want it to end." But after a few minutes, I said to myself, "No, it's not over, you can go back and visit them whenever you want." And I will. Mason literally got better and better with each installment, and I have a feeling he will now forever be my favorite BBF. Were the books always perfect? No. If I could forget I ever read Logan's book, I'd be a happy camper. But thankfully the story wasn't about Logan, it was about Sam and Mason at THAT was perfect.

Five stars and a special spot on my favorites shelf.
